We stand behind the Neural Wealth Switch completely. If you purchase our core product and are not satisfied within 60 days of your purchase date, we will refund 100% of your purchase price — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

You keep everything. The audio file, the Quick-Start Guide, and the 7-Day Activation Plan are yours to keep regardless of whether you request a refund.

• Full refund available within 60 days of purchase
• No reason required — our guarantee is unconditional
• One refund per customer

Order Bumps and Upsells

• Add-on products (order bumps, OTO 1, OTO 2, etc.) are covered by a 30-day refund window
• Refund requests for add-ons must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

Subscription Products

• If you enrolled in a subscription (e.g., Neural Wealth Inner Circle), you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund of past charges
• To request a refund of a subscription charge, contact support within 30 days of the charge

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly and time-consuming for both parties. If you have a concern about a charge, we will resolve it quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in being banned from future purchases.
